针对钢轨矫直后轨头各部分展宽量不一样的现象 ,运用材料力学、弹塑性力学等知识对钢轨矫直过程的应力及弯曲力矩进行了分析 ,并对实验室实物钢轨 3点弯曲模拟试验结果进行了分析 ,初步掌握了钢轨矫直过程中轨头不均匀变形和表面变形的原因。
Aiming at the phenomenon that the width of each part of rail head after rail straightening is different, the stress and bending moment of rail straightening process are analyzed by the knowledge of material mechanics and elasto-plasticity. The results were analyzed and the reasons for the uneven deformation and surface deformation of the rail head during the rail straightening process were initially mastered.
