本文简要介绍一个大功率、高精度,直接驱动伺服系统的设计。该系统用于船载或地面的自跟踪遥測系统中。它是一个现代新型系统——利用新型元件力矩电机和压电晶体速率陀螺使系统具有很高的机械谐振频率,有较高的动态性能,使用切实可行的校正措施和设计方法来提高整个系统的跟踪精度、稳定性和抗扰动能力。采用高增益——多环路——条件稳定系统的设计,结合由计算机提供的目标前馈和船摇补偿,保证了系统角跟踪误差在0.5密位以下。本系统采用了自适应技术和消除摩擦振荡、起停摆动,限流、限速、限位、制动等一系列技术措施,保证系统在任何情况丁安全、可靠、正常工作。
This article briefly introduces a high power, high precision, direct drive servo system design. The system is used in shipborne or ground self-tracking telemetry systems. It is a modern new system - the use of new components of torque motors and piezoelectric crystal rate gyroscope system so that the high mechanical resonance frequency, high dynamic performance, the use of practical correction measures and design methods to improve the overall system Tracking accuracy, stability and anti-disturbance ability. The design of high-gain-multi-loop-conditionally stable system, combined with the target feedforward and ship-shake compensation provided by the computer, ensures that the system’s angular tracking error is below 0.5 mop. The system adopts adaptive technology and a series of technical measures to eliminate frictional oscillation, start-stop swing, current limit, speed limit, limit, brake and so on, to ensure that the system can work safely, reliably and normally in any situation.
