对基层卫生监督单位56名同志进行一次全面的问卷调查。发放56份,收回有效问卷56份。其中,参加问卷调查有男性35名,女性21名。研究生2名,大专以上文化程度39名,中专以下8名。通过调查研究分折认为,一个单位要发展,首先要有“理念”和“精神”;其次,要有创新机制。只有这样才能将单位全面建设推向新台阶,才能不断发展向上,一般情况下单位的理念和精神是不变的,但必须随时代朝流而动。并且要与时俱进,即便单位领导变了,也要在理念和精神上不断创新、不断补充和完善。使理念与精神注入新内涵与活力。调查中我们还发现晋升机制不能少,缺少会后劲不足,会给工作建设带来不利影响,希望有关部门领导注重激励机制的研究和运用。才能更好地调动卫生监督人员的积极性与创造性工作,才能有利于卫生监督事业的全面发展。
Conduct a comprehensive questionnaire survey on 56 comrades at the grass-roots health supervision units. 56 copies were issued and 56 valid questionnaires were returned. Among them, there are 35 males and 21 females in the questionnaire. 2 graduate students, college education 39, 8 secondary school. According to the analysis of the investigation and research, a unit needs to be developed with “philosophy” and “spirit” first, and second, innovation mechanism. Under normal circumstances, the philosophy and spirit of the unit will remain unchanged. However, it must move with the flow of time. And to keep pace with the times, even if the unit leadership has changed, but also in the concept and spirit of continuous innovation, constantly added and improved. To inject ideas and spirit into new connotation and vitality. During the investigation, we also found that promotion mechanism can not be less. Lack of lack of staying power will bring unfavorable influence on the work construction. We hope relevant department leaders will pay attention to the research and application of incentive mechanism. Can the mobilization of the enthusiasm and creative work of the health supervisors be better, so as to be conducive to the all-round development of the health supervision.
