本文介绍了作者首次设计的X射线物相鉴定指数化定相的电子计算机检索方法。此方法与别的粉末衍射卡电子计算机自动检索方法的根本不同点在于数据库的建立。后者是用PDF(标准粉末衍射卡)的数据来建库,本方法则是利用计算机自动计算出来的数据建库的。利用本方法可对点阵常数经常发生显著变化的钢和合金中的析出相进行快速准确的自动检索,而用其他方法来检索析出相则会出现漏检或大量误检。通过面间距d值的转换使得它在整个取值范围内误差保恒定,本文对于这点也进行了较为详细的分析。
This article describes the author’s first computerized identification method of X-ray phase identification for exponential phasing. This method and other powder diffraction card electronic computer automatic retrieval method is fundamentally different from the establishment of the database. The latter is to use PDF (standard powder diffraction card) data to build the library, this method is the use of computer automatically calculated data library. This method allows fast and accurate automatic retrieval of the precipitates in steels and alloys that vary significantly in lattice constant, whereas in other methods, undetected or large numbers of false detections occur. Through the conversion of the interplanar spacing d, it makes the error constant constant over the whole range of values. This article also made a more detailed analysis on this point.
