调整精炼温度和时间,对不同精炼工艺下高温合金IN792中冶金缺陷及O,N和S等元素含量的变化进行研究;用CS分析仪测定S含量,用TC-436氧氮测定仪测定O和N含量;通过金相显微镜和扫描电镜,对疏松和夹杂物进行观察和测定;并测定拉伸性能。随着O和N含量增加,疏松易于形成;随着O,N和S含量升高,夹杂物含量增加;提高精炼温度和延长精炼时间,O,N和S的含量降低;合金的室温抗拉强度和屈服强度提高。
The refining temperature and time were adjusted to study the metallurgical defects and the contents of O, N and S elements in superalloy IN792 under different refining processes. The content of S was measured by CS analyzer, the content of O and N content; through the optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, the loose and inclusions were observed and measured; and measured tensile properties. The content of O, N and S decreased with the increase of the content of O and N, the content of inclusions increased with the increase of the content of O, N and S; the content of O, N and S decreased when the refining temperature and the refining time were increased; Strength and yield strength increase.
