在测定 P-δ-ε曲线和记忆合金弹簧理论计算公式的基础上 ,论述了用于自动温度控制阀的 Ti Ni形状记忆合金主弹簧的设计理论和具体实践 ,取得了试验研究和设计经验 ,由于偏置弹簧的作用 ,记忆合金弹簧的正常工作没有受到非线性特性的明显影响 .阀门应用可获得控温精度达± 1 .5℃以内 .
Based on the theoretical calculation formula of P-δ-ε curve and memory alloy spring, the design theory and practice of Ti Ni shape memory alloy main spring used in automatic temperature control valve are discussed. Experimental research and design experience are obtained. Due to the bias spring, the normal operation of the memory alloy spring is not significantly affected by the non-linear characteristics, and the temperature control accuracy of the valve application can be within ± 1.5 ℃.
