利用转基因与体细胞克隆技术培育高效表达重组人乳铁蛋白的转基因奶牛,转基因奶牛泌乳时重组人乳铁蛋白分泌至牛奶中。通过牛奶的收集、预处理、层析分离、病毒灭活与去除、超滤浓缩与缓冲液置换、无菌过滤、冷冻干燥等工艺步骤,获得纯度大于95%的重组人乳铁蛋白~([1-3])。现有的重组人乳铁蛋白毒理研究资料表明,重组人乳铁蛋白为无毒;同时也并不存在
Transgenic and somatic cloning techniques are used to breed transgenic dairy cows that express recombinant human lactoferrin efficiently. Recombinant human lactoferrin is secreted into milk during lactation of transgenic dairy cows. The recombinant human lactoferricin ~ ([+]) with purity higher than 95% was obtained through the steps of milk collection, pretreatment, chromatographic separation, virus inactivation and removal, ultrafiltration concentration and buffer replacement, sterile filtration and freeze- 1-3]).
