从涡流探头、涡流探伤仪和机械传动设备3个方面梳理影响检测灵敏度和信噪比的因素,具体措施包括对矫直工艺提出要求,对保证弯曲度符合要求的钢管进行涡流探伤;选择合适的频率,提高信噪比;当改变被检钢管规格或探伤速度时,及时调整探伤仪的滤波挡位;检修、精调机械传动辊道的平直度,保证它与磁饱和器主机的同心度偏差不大于0.3 mm;当检测双相不锈钢管时,采用磁饱和器对钢管实施磁化等相应解决措施。经过改进,不锈钢管涡流探伤的可靠性得到提高。
