在细胞与分子水平上深入阐明男性生殖活动规律,可为解决男性的不育与节育问题打下坚实的基础。反之,也只有在对男性不育与节育的不断探索中才能为男性学基础研究提供新线索,开辟新途径。当前男性学中一个十分活跃的研究领域是在细胞与分子水平上开展精子生物学的基础研究,我们试图以生育、不育及节育有机结合的方法,一方面在细胞与分子水平上阐明精子的结构与机能,另一方面尽可能将基础理论研究的成果应用于节育与不育的临床实践。下面介绍我们三项最新研究成果: 一、精子发生过程中核蛋白转型的研究
In-depth elucidation of the rules of male reproductive activities at the cellular and molecular level can lay a solid foundation for solving male infertility and birth control issues. On the contrary, only in the continuous exploration of male infertility and sterilization can we provide new clues to the masculine basic research and open up new ways. At present, one of the most active research areas in masculinity is the basic research of sperm biology at the cellular and molecular level. We try to elucidate the relationship between sperm and spermatogenesis at the cellular and molecular level by means of fertility, sterility and birth control. Structure and function, on the other hand try to apply the results of basic theoretical research to the clinical practice of birth control and infertility.
