目的 纳米材料是近年发展起来的一种新型高性能材料 ;KHFS—ZN纳米抗菌剂具有广谱、长效、低毒等特点。研究其与丁香酚混合形成凝固体后的抑菌性能。方法 应用琼脂扩散法 ,以大肠杆菌 (Escherichiacoli)AS1 90为试验菌种 ,测试该纳米抗菌剂丁香酚粘固粉的抑菌范围 ,并与普通氧化锌丁香油粘固粉比较。结果 KHFS—ZN纳米抗菌剂和普通氧化锌丁香油粘固粉均有抗菌作用 ,但用 75 %酒精及蒸馏水洗涤后 ,仅前者有抑菌作用。结论 KHFS—ZN纳米抗菌剂与丁香酚混合后 ,其纳米分散体系没有被破坏 ,仍有抑菌性能。可选作牙齿根管充填剂
Purpose Nano-material is a new type of high-performance material developed in recent years; KHFS-ZN nano-antibacterial agent has broad-spectrum, long-lasting, low toxicity and other characteristics. The antibacterial activity of the mixture with eugenol to form solidified body was studied. Methods The agar diffusion method and Escherichia coli AS1 90 as tested strains were used to test the antibacterial range of the nano-antibacterial eugenol cement and compared with the ordinary zinc oxide clove oil cement. Results KHFS-ZN nano-antibacterial agent and ordinary zinc oxide clove oil cement have antibacterial effect, but after washing with 75% alcohol and distilled water, only the former antibacterial effect. Conclusion Nano-disperse system of KHFS-ZN nano-antibacterial agent mixed with eugenol has not been destroyed, and still has antibacterial activity. Optional root canal filling agent
