对选作高速柴油机预燃室喷咀材料的八种耐热钢及高温合金的燃气热疲劳性能进行了试验研究。试验在由燃气加热的热疲劳试验台上进行。对热疲劳裂纹和变形特征进行了仔细的分析,并通过透射电镜,扫描电镜,电子探针等对热疲劳裂纹断口,裂纹金相,腐蚀产物作了检验。研究表明:其断口特征与裂纹金相基本上与台架试验结果及实物破损分析结果相吻合。通过试验对另件选材和材质改进提供了实验依据。
The thermal fatigue properties of eight kinds of heat-resisting steels and superalloys, which are selected as the material of high-speed diesel pre-combustion chamber, were tested. The test was performed on a thermal fatigue test rig heated by gas. The thermal fatigue crack and deformation characteristics were carefully analyzed, and the fracture surface, crack metallography and corrosion products of the thermal fatigue crack were tested by TEM, SEM and electron probe. The results show that the fracture characteristics and the cracked microstructure are basically consistent with the test results of the bench and the physical damage analysis. Through experiments on other pieces of material selection and material improvement provides an experimental basis.
