列举了目前在国内配电自动化系统应用的几种基于保护原理的配电自动化模式,包括常规线路保护、面保护和快速光纤纵差保护,比较分析这些模式的优缺点及其在配电自动化系统中的适用场合。综合应用了面保护及电流型配电自动化的特点,提出一种基于快速光纤通信集中处理保护的配电自动化方案,试验及应用证明此方案不需要配电站出口断路器跳闸,大大缩短了非故障线路的停电时间,动作准确可靠。
In this paper, several distribution automation modes based on protection principle, including routine line protection, surface protection and fast fiber longitudinal differential protection, are listed in the application of distribution automation system in our country. The advantages and disadvantages of these modes are compared and analyzed in the distribution automation system In the application of the occasion. Based on the characteristics of surface protection and current distribution automation, a scheme of distribution automation based on fast optical fiber communication is put forward. The test and application prove that this scheme does not need tripping of outlet breaker of distribution substation, Fault line power outage time, action is accurate and reliable.
