目的:探讨影响乌鲁木齐市血液中心检验科检测质量的关键因素。方法:对乌鲁木齐市血液中心检验科7个月的酶联免疫检测结果及其与实验有关的各影响因素进行多重线性回归分析。结果:9种指标与实验结果密切相关,实验结果的总符合率是反映检测质量的指标。多重线性回归分析共有4个因素进入回归方程,分别为试剂是否平衡、洗液是否每次更换、标本不符合要求率及实验室湿度。多重线性回归模型为y^=94.427+2.224X1+1.530X2-0.020X3+0.097X4。结论:试剂是否平衡、洗液是否每次更换、及实验室湿度与检测质量呈正相关,标本不符合要求率与检测质量呈负相关,标本不符合率愈高,检测质量愈低。
Objective: To explore the key factors influencing the quality of blood test in Urumqi City. Methods: The results of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and the factors related to the experiment were analyzed by multiple linear regression in Urumqi Blood Center Laboratory for 7 months. Results: Nine kinds of indexes are closely related to the experimental results. The total coincidence rate of the experimental results is an index reflecting the quality of the test. Multiple linear regression analysis of four factors into the regression equation, respectively, whether the reagent is balanced, the lotion is replaced each time, the specimen does not meet the requirements and laboratory humidity. Multiple linear regression model was y ^ = 94.427 + 2.224X1 + 1.530X2-0.020X3 + 0.097X4. Conclusion: Whether the reagents are balanced, whether the lotion is changed every time, and the laboratory humidity is positively correlated with the test quality, the rate of non-conformity of the test samples is negatively correlated with the test quality. The higher the sample non-conformity rate, the lower the test quality.
