针对高线精轧机设备故障的特点,建立了精轧机在线监测系统。采集精轧机滚动轴承的振动信号,对振动信号采用时域、频域多角度分析,时域趋势图可以判断轴承的突发性故障,频域分析可以判断故障的性质及故障部位。有效地提高了滚动轴承故障诊断的准确率。
Aiming at the characteristics of equipment failure in high wire finishing mill, an on-line monitoring system of finishing mill was established. Vibration signals of rolling mill rolling mill are collected. Multi-angle analysis of vibration signals in time domain and frequency domain is carried out. Time-domain trend diagram can be used to judge the sudden failure of bearings. Frequency domain analysis can judge the nature of fault and the fault location. Effectively improve the accuracy of rolling bearing fault diagnosis.
