双师型教师是高职院校师资队伍建设的特色和重点,对人才培养的成败意义重大。会计专业双师型教师队伍建设仍存在着诸多问题,如认定标准不规范统一、多为“应试型”双师、实践锻炼效果不理想、缺乏科学规划等,为此应对双师型教师内涵有更全面的认识,通过制定科学的建设规划,建立以人为本的双师培养体系,构筑科学可行的质量保障体系。
