以中黄35和垦鉴豆43为材料,采用4个硅肥水平处理的完全随机试验设计,研究了大田条件下施硅处理对大豆碳代谢及其产量形成的影响。结果表明:施硅处理提高了大豆叶片的叶绿素含量,增加了叶片的光合能力,改变了叶片可溶性糖和淀粉的含量,改善了大豆产量构成因子,促进了产量提高。施有效硅150 kg·hm-2对垦鉴豆43增产效果达显著水平,增产幅度为8.1%~8.5%,施有效硅120 kg·hm-2对中黄35增产效果达显著水平,增产幅度为10.2%~12.9%。
Taking Zhonghuang 35 and Kenjiaodou 43 as materials, the effects of silicon fertilization on soybean carbon metabolism and its yield formation under field conditions were studied with four silicon fertilizers. The results showed that silicon application increased the chlorophyll content of soybean leaves, increased the photosynthetic capacity of leaves, altered the contents of soluble sugar and starch in leaves, improved the composition factors of soybean yield and promoted the yield increase. The effect of 150 kg · hm-2 of available silicon on the yield of Kenxian 43 reached a significant level, with the increase rate of 8.1% -8.5%. The yield of Zhongshu 35 with 120 kg · hm-2 of available silicon reached a significant level, Is 10.2% ~ 12.9%.
