使用Raman 显微技术(Raman microscopy) 研究了SiC纤维增强碳化硅、JG6 玻璃和Pyrex 玻璃复合材料界面的微观结构。研究表明,复合材料的制造过程使纤维内自由碳颗粒的大小增大,尤其是在界面层两种玻璃基复合材料制造过程使原纤维富含SiO2 的表面层消失,而且发生了界面层碳结构的有序化。
The Raman microscopy (Raman microscopy) was used to investigate the microstructure of SiC fiber-reinforced SiC, JG6 glass and Pyrex glass composites. The results show that the manufacturing process of composites increases the size of free carbon particles in the fiber, especially in the process of two glass matrix composites in the interface layer, the surface layer rich in SiO2 in the fibril disappears, and the interface layer carbon structure Ordered.
