利用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)法在热作模具钢H13表面制备WC-12Co和Ni60涂层;用扫描电镜观测涂层表面及截面形貌,用XRD分析粉末及涂层的相组成,并借助显微硬度、热摩擦系数的测定结果,分析两种粉末制得涂层的耐磨特性。结果表明:WC-12Co和Ni60涂层都能较好地覆盖在模具钢表面;WC-12Co涂层的显微硬度接近Ni60的1.5倍;WC-12Co涂层常温下的摩擦系数为0.32,500℃时为0.52,而Ni60涂层在500℃时已经接近0.59,在高温条件下,该涂层表现出了更优良的稳定性与耐磨性。
WC-12Co and Ni60 coatings were prepared on the surface of H13 hot work die steel by HVOF method. The surface and cross-sectional morphology of coatings were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The phase composition of powders and coatings were analyzed by XRD. Microhardness, thermal coefficient of friction determination results, analysis of two kinds of powder coatings made of wear resistance. The results show that the WC-12Co and Ni60 coatings can both cover the surface of the mold steel well; the WC-12Co coating has a micro hardness close to 1.5 times that of Ni60; the WC-12Co coating has a friction coefficient of 0.32,500 ℃ 0.52, while the Ni60 coating at 500 ℃ has been close to 0.59, under high temperature conditions, the coating showed more excellent stability and wear resistance.
