目的了解福建省永定县农村饮水安全工程水质卫生状况,探讨农村饮水安全工程建设及卫生管理策略。方法对农村饮水安全供水工程水质连续监测2年,水质检验按GB/T 5750-2006规定进行,结果按GB 5749-2006进行评价。结果饮水安全工程水源地面水占66.7%,地下水占33.3%(其中山泉水19.0%);完全处理占11.9%,沉淀过滤占59.5%,未处理28.6%。2年水样总合格率26.8%,地下水合格率(41.1%)高于地面水(19.7%)(χ2=17.48,P<0.01);主要超标项目是微生物学指标,水样合格率较低是饮水安全工程水质无消毒处理导致。结论永定农村饮水安全工程水质微生物超标严重,存在传播介水传染病的隐患,建议加强水源保护和饮水消毒工作,加强供水工程监管及日常卫生管理工作,加强水质卫生监测。
Objective To understand the water quality and sanitation status of rural drinking water safety project in Yongding County of Fujian Province and to discuss the construction of drinking water safety project in rural areas and health management strategies. Methods The water quality of rural drinking water supply project was continuously monitored for 2 years. The water quality inspection was carried out according to the provisions of GB / T 5750-2006. The results were evaluated according to GB 5749-2006. Results Drinking water safety project accounted for 66.7% of surface water and 33.3% of groundwater (19.0% of spring water). Complete treatment accounted for 11.9%, sedimentation filtration accounted for 59.5% and untreated water was 28.6%. The qualified rate of groundwater in two years was 26.8%, the pass rate of groundwater (41.1%) was higher than that of surface water (19.7%) (χ2 = 17.48, P <0.01). The major overrun items were microbiological indexes, Water safety engineering water quality without disinfection lead. Conclusion The water quality microorganisms of rural drinking water safety project in Yongding County are seriously over-standard. There is a hidden danger of spreading water-borne infectious diseases. It is suggested to strengthen water source protection and drinking water disinfection, strengthen water supply project supervision and routine health management and strengthen water quality sanitation monitoring.
