随着高等教育的不断完善和普及,我国大学生毕业数量逐年增加,这给就业市场带来了较大的压力,容易导致不和谐、 不稳定的因素。但新时期内文化产业等新兴产业以及自主创业的兴起,为大学毕业生带来了新的就业途径,因此在现阶段内做好大学生的就业心理干预工作十分必要。 文中对大学毕业生常见的就业心理问题进行分析,并提出了构建心理问题干预机制的有效措施。
With the continuous improvement and popularization of higher education, the gradual increase in the number of college graduates in our country has brought greater pressure on the job market and easily led to discord and instability. However, in the new period, the emerging industries such as cultural industries and the rise of independent start-ups bring new employment opportunities for college graduates. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job in employment psychological intervention for college graduates at this stage. The paper analyzes the common employment psychology problems of university graduates and puts forward some effective measures to construct psychological intervention mechanism.
