通过对外掺玄武岩纤维的再生沥青混合料进行马歇尔试验,研究玄武岩纤维对再生沥青混合料马歇尔性能的改善效果,分析不同掺量的玄武岩纤维对再生沥青混合料马歇尔试验结果影响的原因,提出玄武岩纤维的掺入对再生沥青混合料的马歇尔试验各项指标的改善存在一个最佳纤维掺量为0.3%,新沥青的掺量为4.5%。试验结果表明,经过玄武岩纤维改善的再生沥青混合料的各项马歇尔指标均能达到普通再生沥青混合料的标准,可以重新利用。研究成果可为玄武岩纤维在再生沥青混合料中的应用提供参考。
The Marshall test of recycled asphalt mixture with basalt fiber was carried out to study the effect of basalt fiber on the improvement of Marshall performance of recycled asphalt mixture. The reason of the influence of different content of basalt fiber on the Marshall test results of recycled asphalt mixture was analyzed. The basalt fiber There is an optimal fiber content of 0.3% for the improvement of the Marshall test of recycled asphalt mixture, and the content of new asphalt is 4.5%. The test results show that all Marshall indexes of recycled asphalt mixture improved by basalt fiber can reach the standard of ordinary recycled asphalt mixture and can be reused. The research results can provide reference for the application of basalt fiber in recycled asphalt mixture.
