In order to explore the impact of long-term low-dose exposure to terephthalic acid (TPA), ethylene glycol (EG) and diphenyl-diphenyl ether (DOW) on workers’ health, a professional epidemiological method was used to investigate the effects of low- TPA, EG, DOW workers and 177 control workers. The results showed that the serum ALT, GGT, ALP activity and urinary β2MG content in the exposed group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0-05 or P <0-01); the positive rate of urinary protein erythrocytes in the contact group was 3 -25% and 6-42% respectively, which were significantly different from the control group (P <0-05 or P <0-01). It suggested that long-term exposure to low concentrations of TPA, EG, DOW can cause liver and kidney function changes in workers; TPA, EG, DOW on occupational occupational injury workers may have a joint role. The comprehensive effect evaluation results show that the chemical company occupational hazards showed a rising trend year by year
