基于2011年浙江省居民社会流动问卷调查数据,重点分析改革开放以来入职的居民代际间职业地位流动的总体趋势与特点,并通过对代际间职业地位流动的Logistic回归模型的推导和分析,揭示代际间职业地位流动的内在选择机制。实证分析的主要结论是:代际间职业地位的总体流动率较高,且上升流动高于下降流动;模型分析结果显示,受教育程度等后致性因素对代际间职业地位的上升流动影响较大,家庭背景等先赋性因素主要通过对子女的教育和初职地位的获得发生作用。这一结论的政策性含义是:为了保障人们在职业地位流动过程中的相对公平,必须要在制度上保证教育机会的平等和维持社会关系的公正合理,摒弃不公正的制度性歧视。
Based on the questionnaire survey of social mobility of residents in Zhejiang Province in 2011, the author mainly analyzes the general trends and characteristics of the mobility of intergenerational occupational status in employment since the reform and opening up. The policy implication of this conclusion is: In order to ensure the relative fairness in the flow of people in the professional status, it is necessary to ensure the equality of education opportunities systematically and to maintain the fairness and reasonableness of social relations and to abandon unfair institutional discrimination.
