有效的课堂教学离不开教师的引导,而教师主导作用的发挥取决于教师的学科教学知识(简称PCK)水平。PCK是“教师个人教学经验、教师学科内容知识和教育学的特殊整合”。对某一特定课题从PCK的四个方面进行解析,能够不断积累特定课题的PCK,提高这一课题教学的有效性。函数概念作为初中数学的一个核心概念,其教学质量直接影响整个函数相关知识的学习水平,以函数概念教学为例对其进行PCK解析,可以获得这一典型课题普遍适用的PCK,从而形成积累数学教师PCK的一种有效途径。
Effective classroom teaching is inseparable from the guidance of teachers, and teachers play a leading role depends on the teacher’s knowledge of subject teaching (PCK) level. PCK is “teacher’s personal teaching experience, teacher’s subject content knowledge and pedagogical special integration ”. Analyze a specific topic from four aspects of PCK and continuously accumulate PCKs for specific topics to improve the effectiveness of teaching on this topic.
