本文扼要地介绍了安装于普通压力试验机上的FM型刚性试验装置。该装置由热加载系统和刚性支承系统所组成。试验时利用原试验机上的液压系统对试件进行预加载,而最终的位移由热加载系统中钢柱的热膨胀取得。由于刚性支承系统的过栽保护作用,试件达到强度极限后,可以得到稳定缓慢的破坏,从而可以得到岩石的全程应力——应变曲线。本装置结构简单,造价低廉。在普通试验机上附加一套FM型刚性试验装置即可构成刚性试验系统,可收一机多用的效益。本文介绍了利用FM型刚性试验装置对四种岩石试件试验的结果。
This article briefly introduces the FM-type rigid test device installed on a common pressure testing machine. The device consists of a thermal loading system and a rigid support system. During the test, the test specimen was preloaded with the hydraulic system on the original testing machine, and the final displacement was obtained from the thermal expansion of the steel column in the thermal loading system. Due to the transplanting protection of the rigid support system, the specimen reaches the limit of strength and can get stable and slow damage, so that the full stress-strain curve of the rock can be obtained. The device is simple in structure and low in cost. In the ordinary test machine attached to a set of FM rigid test device to form a rigid test system that can receive a multi-purpose machine benefits. This article describes the results of testing four rock specimens using the FM rigid test rig.
