每个家长,不管他愿意与否,都是一位教育者。他的教育影响,根据其个人生活特点的不同,可能是积极的,也可能是消极的。但是,当一位家长意识到教育的社会意义和目的时,他就不单是一位教育者了。许多家长所努力的也正是想成为教育家。实现这一愿望和标准的家庭教育的最重要的条件,是家长之间相互的爱、相互尊敬、和谐的意向和行为的统一。对于教育子女来说,没有任何东西比真正的爱的气氛、相互谅解和人间关系的快乐更有效的了。
Every parent, whether he or she is willing, is an educator. His educational influence, depending on the characteristics of his personal life, may be positive or negative. However, when a parent realizes the social significance and purpose of education, he is more than an educator. Many parents are trying hard to become educators. The most important condition for family education to fulfill this aspiration and standard is the unity of mutual love, respect, and harmony among parents. There is nothing more effective at educating children than real love, mutual understanding, and human relations.
