碳基固体酸是一种新型环境友好催化剂。以葡萄糖、磺基水杨酸为原料,采用先水热后磺化的方法制备了碳基固体酸微球,并通过SEM、FT-IR、Boehm滴定对样品进行表征。考察了碳基固体酸微球的制备工艺条件,在水热反应温度为190℃,磺化温度为155℃,磺化时间为4 h的最佳反应条件下,制备的碳基固体酸微球最大酸量为4.596 mmol/g。用该碳基固体酸微球催化乙酸和乙醇的酯化反应,在催化剂质量为冰乙酸质量的12.5%,醇酸摩尔比为2.25∶1,反应时间为5 h条件下,最终的酯化率达到82.8%。碳基固体酸微球重复利用5次后,仍能保持较高的催化活性。
Carbon-based solid acids are a new type of environmentally friendly catalyst. Using glucose and sulfosalicylic acid as raw materials, carbon-based solid acid microspheres were prepared by hydrothermal sulfonation method. The samples were characterized by SEM, FT-IR and Boehm titration. The preparation conditions of carbon-based solid acid microspheres were investigated. The esterification of acetic acid and ethanol with the carbon-based solid acid microspheres catalyzed esterification of acetic acid and ethanol at a catalyst mass of 12.5% of glacial acetic acid, an alkyd molar ratio of 2.25: 1, and a reaction time of 5 h.
