[目的]找到一种木薯的资源化利用途径。[方法]通过优化现有工艺,提高木薯乙醇的出酒率;同时对酒精废醪液进行沼气发酵,达到资源化利用的效果。[结果]通过添加复合酶制剂以及对各工段进行优化,最终出酒率比现有工艺提高约2个百分点。酒精废醪液发酵产生的沼气能替代酒精生产中的一部分煤,产生的沼液、沼渣可做有机肥,节约成本的同时减轻对环境的污染。[结论]木薯通过发酵产乙醇,产生的废醪液再进行沼气发酵是一种较好的资源化利用途径。
[Objective] The research aimed to find a way of resource utilization of cassava. [Method] By optimizing the existing technology, the output rate of ethanol from cassava was increased. At the same time, biogas fermentation of alcohol waste mash was carried out to achieve the resource utilization. [Result] The final brewing rate was increased by about 2 percentage points compared with the existing technology by adding complex enzyme preparation and optimizing each section. Biogas generated from the fermentation of waste mash liquor can replace part of the coal in the production of alcohol. The produced biogas slurry and biogas residue can be used as organic fertilizer to save costs and reduce environmental pollution. [Conclusion] The cassava was a better way of resource utilization by fermenting ethanol to produce waste mash and then biogas fermentation.
