为探讨Ge 1 32抗癌作用机制 ,进行了Ge 1 32对荷瘤小鼠脾脏NK细胞活性和红细胞免疫粘附功能影响的体内实验研究。结果表明 ,Ge 1 32对小鼠移植瘤 (S1 80 )的生长具有显著的抑制效应 ,抑瘤率达 55% ;荷瘤小鼠脾脏NK细胞活性明显低于正常对照组 ,Ge 1 32能使其恢复 ;荷瘤小鼠RBC C3b受体花环率和肿瘤RBC花环率明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,RBC IC花环率则高于正常对照组 (P<0 0 1 ) ,注射Ge 1 32可显著提高NK细胞杀伤活性和红细胞免疫粘附功能。
In order to investigate the anticancer mechanism of Ge 1 32, an in vivo experimental study on the effect of Ge 1 32 on NK cell activity and erythrocyte immune adherence function in tumor-bearing mice was performed. The results showed that Ge 1 32 had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of mouse xenografts (S180), with a tumor inhibition rate of 55%. The spleen NK cell activity of tumor-bearing mice was significantly lower than that of the normal control group The RBC C3b receptor rosette rate and tumor RBC rosette rate in tumor-bearing mice were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (P <0.01), and the RBC IC rosette rate was higher than that in the normal control group (P <0.01) Injection Ge 1 32 can significantly improve the NK cell killing activity and erythrocyte immune adhesion function.
