日本名古屋大学的岩原弘育教授1990年10月报道了利用角柱状的YSZ-8Y或(Bi_2O_3)_(0.76)(WO_3)_(0.24)制成的一维螺旋状电极的传感器元件SMED(Spiral Monoelectrode Device)。 在500℃以上的高温下,利用阻抗谱可证明其特有的电学特性。在850℃~950℃的温度下,以空气或氮气做载气,对H_2、O_2及N_2的测定结果表明,与理论值非常一致;
Professor Hiroyuki Iwahara of Nagoya University in Japan reported the sensor element SMED (Spiral Element) of one-dimensional spiral electrode made of prismatic YSZ-8Y or (Bi 2 O 3) _ (0.76) (WO_3) _ (0.24) Monoelectrode Device). In the high temperature above 500 ℃, the use of impedance spectroscopy can prove its unique electrical properties. The results of determination of H 2, O 2 and N 2 at the temperature of 850 ℃ ~ 950 ℃ with air or nitrogen as carrier gas show that they are in good agreement with the theoretical values.
