对12例全大型重症肌无力(MG)患者周围血B细胞增殖及分化能力进行了研究,并观察重组白细胞介素2(rIL-2)及T细胞亚群对其直接与间接影响。结果表明:①MG患者周围血B细胞的增殖能力高于健康人,rIL-2及T细胞亚群可促进B细胞的增殖;②去CD8+细胞后AChR-ab的产生无明显增加;③去CD4+细胞组加入rIL-2后AChR-ab产生减少。提示rIL-2对MG患者有潜在的治疗价值。
The proliferation and differentiation of B cells in peripheral blood of 12 patients with complete myasthenia gravis (MG) were studied, and the direct and indirect effects of recombinant interleukin 2 (IL-2) and T cell subsets were observed. The results showed that: (1) The proliferative capacity of B cells in peripheral blood of patients with MG was higher than that of healthy people, rIL-2 and T lymphocyte subsets promoted the proliferation of B cells; (2) No obvious increase of AChR-ab in CD8 + cells; AChR-ab production decreased after addition of rIL-2. Suggesting that rIL-2 has potential therapeutic value for MG patients.
