爲什麼要作工作總結?我們在工作全部完成或告一段落的時候,往往需要作一次工作總結;及時地檢討與總結我們的工作中的經驗教訓,是一件非常重要的事,然而它却未被我們全體幹部所重視。譬如:有時有些同志作完了工作,沒有注意去總結;有時,有些同志藉口時間關係沒有進行負責的鄭重的總結,甚至有些同志作總結是爲了應付門面。這種情况,一方面是和我們有些地區的工作作風有着深厚的關係,一方面也由於有些同志對“爲什麼要作總結”這一個題缺乏深切的瞭解。我們爲什麼要提倡總結經驗呢?首先,我們要及時總結工作經驗是因爲它能及時改善我們的工作和領導。我們的工作雖然每每可以遵循着上級的指示與過去工作中所積累起來的經驗去作,然而由於形勢與任務轉變的關係,有許多事情是在新條件新環境下進行的,我們在發展變化中時常會碰到許多新問題,新事物,羣眾
