博物馆作为我国重要的公益性组织,其在传播学术文化以及正面思想方面有着巨大的社会意义,并且在我国社会改革越发深入的形势下,社会意识形态也有着巨大的变化,这个时候,传统的博物馆管理无法适应新时期的要求,因此,新的管理理论就要出现,并且面对人们不断增长的需求,博物馆管理工作的顺利进行,对博物馆未来的发展也有着不可或缺的意义。激励理论在博物馆管理中的应用,能够有效的推进我国博物馆的发展,同时还能够调动员工工作的积极性与主观能动性。文章首先对激励理论开始分析,进而对其在博物馆管理中的应用进行了阐述和研究。
