利用 P( NEt2 ) 3与双官能基底物的环缩合反应合成了一系列新型五元磷杂环化合物 .化合物的结构经1 H NMR,31 P NMR,MS和元素分析等手段证实 .对化合物 l作了 X射线单晶衍射 ,确定五元磷杂环为平面结构及 P_ N键具有 dπ-pπ 性质 .初步生物活性测定表明部分化合物具有较好的选择性除草活性 .
A series of new five-membered heterocyclic compounds were synthesized by the ring condensation of P (NEt2) 3 with bifunctional substrates. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by 1 H NMR, 31 P NMR, MS and elemental analysis. X-ray single crystal diffraction was carried out to confirm that the five-membered phosphorus heterocycle has a planar structure and the P_N bond has a dπ-pπ property. The preliminary bioassay shows that some of the compounds have good selective herbicidal activity.
