目的 探讨补肝肾益气血方对辐射损伤的防护作用机理。方法 设正常对照组、病理模型组、补肝肾益气血方高、低剂量组、阳性药物组 5组。补肝肾益气血组给予补肝肾益气血方 ,阳性药物组给予复方阿胶浆 ,其余给予生理盐水。灌胃 10天后 ,以6 0 COγ射线全身照射小鼠造成辐射损伤 ,观察补肝肾益气血方对辐照小鼠骨髓有核细胞细胞周期及调亡影响。结果 该方能使受照鼠骨髓有核细胞S期延长 ,G2期阻滞 ,显著提高造血细胞增殖指数。结论 补肝肾益气血方对6 0 COγ射线所致小鼠辐射损伤有较好保护作用 ,其作用机理可能与骨髓有细胞周期的调控有关
Objective To investigate the protective mechanism of Bugan Shenyiqixue Fang on radiation damage. METHODS: Normal control group, pathological model group, Bugan Renshen high- and low-dose group, and positive drug group were set up. Bugan Renshen Yiqi Blood group was given Bugan Renshen Qixue Fang, the positive drug group was given compound A mortar, and the rest was given normal saline. After 10 days of intragastric administration, mice were irradiated with 60 G γ-rays to induce radiation damage. The effect of Bugan Shenyi Qixue Fang on the cell cycle and apoptosis of irradiated bone marrow nucleated cells was observed. RESULTS: This method could prolong the S phase of nucleated cells in irradiated bone marrow of the irradiated rats, and blocked G2 phase, which significantly increased the hematopoietic cell proliferation index. Conclusion Bugan Shenyi Qixue Recipe has better protective effects on radiation damage induced by 60 γ-rays in mice, and its mechanism of action may be related to the regulation of cell cycle in bone marrow.
