探讨项目教学法在外科护理教学中的应用。选取2013级护理专业的304名学生为研究对象,利用数目随机分配法,将其分为对照组与观察组。观察组使用项目教学法,对照组使用传统教学法,对比两组护生的学习效果。观察组护生的理论考试成绩与操作考核成绩分别为72.23±8.34分、75.28±3.23分,对照组护生的理论考试成绩与操作考核成绩分别为66.25±5.28分、70.12±6.54分,两组数据存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护生对教学的总满意度为92.11%,明显高于对照组护生对教学的总满意度(60.53%),差异具有统计学意义(X2=39.2713,P<0.05)。结论:项目教学法可以有效提高护生的理论考试成绩以及操作考核成绩,可以有效提高护生对教学的满意度,值得临床应用与推广。
Probe into the Application of Project Pedagogy in Surgical Nursing Teaching. A total of 304 students in 2013 nursing specialty were selected as study subjects, and random number distribution method was used to divide them into control group and observation group. The observation group used the project teaching method while the control group used the traditional teaching method to compare the learning effects of the two groups of nursing students. The test scores and operation test scores of the nursing students in the observation group were 72.23 ± 8.34 and 75.28 ± 3.23 respectively, while the theoretical test scores and the operation test scores of the nursing students in the control group were 66.25 ± 5.28 and 70.12 ± 6.54, respectively Significant differences exist between the data, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The total satisfaction degree of nursing students in the observation group was 92.11%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (60.53%). The difference was statistically significant (X2 = 39.2713, P <0.05). Conclusion: The project teaching method can effectively improve the nursing students ’theoretical test scores and the performance test scores, which can effectively improve nursing students’ satisfaction with teaching and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
