从土壤中分离得到一株耐碱性木聚糖酶高产细菌 ,经鉴定属假单胞菌属。探讨了用其所产木聚糖酶处理NaOH AQ麦草浆的工艺参数及酶处理对后续漂白的影响。结果表明 ,用该木聚糖酶漂白NaOH AQ麦草浆的最佳条件为 :酶用量 5 0IU/g浆 ,pH 7 5 ,纸浆浓度 5 %~ 10 % ,温度 40~ 5 0℃ ,时间 90~ 12 0min。
A highly alkaline-resistant xylanase-producing bacterium was isolated from soil and identified as Pseudomonas. The process parameters of enzymatic treatment of NaOH AQ wheat straw pulp with its xylanase and the effect of enzyme treatment on subsequent bleaching were discussed. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the bleaching of NaOH AQ wheat straw pulp with this xylanase were as follows: enzyme dosage 50 IU / g pulp, pH 7 5, pulp concentration 5% -10%, temperature 40 ~ 50 ℃, time 90 ~ 12 0min.
