“以人为本”是科学发展观的核心,而在人本观念中,“人”是绝对的核心。人本观,其本质是指在所有的管理活动中,人是其活动的主体,必须坚持一切以人为中心,以调动和激发人的积极性和创造性为根本目的,从而达到提高工作效率和人的不断发展为目的的观念。现代管理理念必须以尊重人为基础,以关注人为核心,以发展人为目的,总之一句话,就是“以人为本”。在学校管理中,只有把“以人为本”的理念落到实处,才能充分调动人的主观能动性,全方位考虑人的可持续发展,发掘人的潜能,体现人的价值。
