目的:观察风险管理在急诊护理过程中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1~12月医院开展风险管理后急诊护理的1130例患者作为观察组,分析护理投诉、不良事件、急诊停留时间、满意度以及护理质量评分,并与2014年1~12月未开展风险管理时1050例(对照组)情况进行比较。结果观察组护理投诉事件和不良事件发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组急诊停留时间、患者满意度及护理质量评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急诊护理过程中开展风险管理能明显降低护理投诉和不良事件,对提高整体护理水平具有重要意义。“,”Objective To observe the effect of risk management in emergency nursing process.Methods 1130 pa-tients were selected as observation group from hospital after carrying out risk management during January to December 2015. The nursing complaints,adverse events,satisfaction degree,emergency residence time and the quality of care were analyzed, and compared with 1050 patients( control group) who were selected from hospital during January to December 2014 when the risk management had not carried out.Results The incidence of nursing complaints and adverse events of observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree,emer-gency residence time and the quality of care of observation group were significantly better than those of control group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in emergency nursing process can significantly reduce nursing complaints and adverse events,and it has great significance for improving the overall level of nursing.
