本文报告了六种煤尘对大鼠肺巨噬细胞表面C_3受体Yc玫瑰花形成率的影响及其形成率与煤尘剂量-反应关系和煤尘对肺巨噬细胞表面形态扫描电镜观察。实验结果表明,六种煤尘组Yc玫瑰花形成率均较未染尘对照组明显增高(P<0.05、P<0.01),其形成率与煤尘加入量呈明显的剂量-反应关系(P<0.05、P<0.01),细胞表面形态的改变提示与煤尘毒性有关。
This paper reports the effects of six coal dusts on the formation rate of C_3 receptor Yc rosette on the surface of rat lung macrophages, and the relationship between the formation rate and the dose-response relationship of coal dust and the surface morphology of lung macrophages by coal dust by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the formation rate of Yc rose in both coal dust groups was significantly higher than that in the control group without dust (P <0.05, P <0.01), and the formation rate of Yc rose significantly dose-response relationship with the dust addition <0.05, P <0.01). The change of cell surface morphology suggests that it is related to the dust toxicity.
