第二军医大学的科研人员在对人类环境的抗突变剂进行了为期三年的研究后得出重要结论。我国不同产地的红茶、绿茶和花茶均能有效地阻断酱油亚硝化后的致突变性,蔬菜中的非营养成分均有抗突变效应。
Researchers at the Second Military Medical University reached important conclusions after conducting a three-year study of antimutagenic agents in the human environment. Black tea, green tea and flower tea from different producing areas in China can effectively block the mutagenicity of the nitrosation of soy sauce, and non-nutritional components in vegetables have antimutagenic effects.
