采用有限元法计算了聚晶金刚石复合片内宏观残余应力的分布。结果表明,在复合片圆柱边沿的聚晶金刚石层内,径向、轴向残余应力均表现为张应力,是导致复合片作业时易从边沿大块破碎、脱落的主要原因;减少聚晶金刚石层厚度可有效降低其边沿处的张应力。
The distribution of macroscopic residual stress in polycrystalline diamond compact was calculated by finite element method. The results show that the radial and axial residual stresses are all tensile stress in the polycrystalline diamond layer at the edge of the composite cylinder, which is the main reason that the composite plate easily crumble and fall off from the edge when operating. The reduction of polycrystalline diamond Layer thickness can effectively reduce the tensile stress at its edges.
