全球价值链(GVC)上企业的升级表现为企业对价值链控制权和价值分配权的争夺。企业能力的“专有性”使其处于“被依赖”地位,从而在权利争夺中处于有利地位;而“专用性”产生的“依赖”倾向则不利于权利的争夺。但恰当的专用策略的采用能够很好地促进专有能力的提升。GVC上的企业升级就是一个企业围绕专有目标,通过恰当的专用策略进行能力构建的活动。初始能力水平不同的企业,在不同的构建环境和构建策略的影响下,能力演化路径也不同,从而在企业升级上产生不同的结果。
The upgrading of the enterprises in the Global Value Chain (GVC) shows that the enterprises compete for the control over the value chain and the distribution of the value. The “exclusiveness ” of the firm ’s ability puts it in a “dependent ” position, thus occupying a favorable position in the competition for rights; and the “dependence ” tendency arising from “specialization ” is unfavorable to the rights Scramble. However, the adoption of appropriate proprietary strategies can well promote the improvement of proprietary capabilities. An enterprise upgrade at GVC is an organization’s ability to build around a proprietary goal and through a dedicated, dedicated strategy. Enterprises with different initial capacity levels have different pathways of capability evolution under the influence of different construction environments and building strategies, resulting in different outcomes for enterprise upgrades.
