目的以原代培养的大鼠脑微血管内皮细胞为模型,研究根皮素对大鼠脑微血管内皮细胞摄取人参皂苷Rb1的影响。方法实验分为2组,人参皂苷Rb1对照组和根皮素干预组。运用LC-MS/MS测定大鼠脑微血管内皮细胞对人参皂苷Rb1的摄取量,BCA法测细胞蛋白浓度。结果根皮素干预组大鼠脑微血管内皮细胞对人参皂苷Rb1的摄取量显著低于人参皂苷Rb1对照组(P<0.05)。结论根皮素可显著抑制大鼠脑微血管内皮细胞对人参皂苷Rb1的摄取。
Objective To investigate the effect of phloretin on the uptake of ginsenoside Rb1 in rat brain microvascular endothelial cells by using primary cultured rat brain microvascular endothelial cells as a model. Methods The experiment was divided into two groups, Ginsenoside Rb1 control group and phloretin intervention group. The uptake of ginsenoside Rb1 by rat brain microvascular endothelial cells was measured by LC-MS / MS and the cell protein concentration by BCA method. Results The uptake of ginsenoside Rb1 by rat brain microvascular endothelial cells was significantly lower than that of ginsenoside Rb1 control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Phloretin can significantly inhibit the uptake of ginsenoside Rb1 by rat brain microvascular endothelial cells.
