在市场环境下同行业的企业之间存在竞争,这种竞争归根结底为人才的竞争。为此不少企业将加强人力资源管理作为提高核心竞争力和确保持续发展的一条重要途径。本文分析了企业在人力资源规划、培训、开发、配置和激励等方面存在的问题,并探讨了相应对策。
In the market environment there is competition among enterprises in the same industry, and this kind of competition ultimately belongs to the competition of talents. To this end, many enterprises will strengthen human resources management as an important way to enhance their core competitiveness and ensure sustainable development. This article analyzes the existing problems in HR planning, training, development, allocation and motivation of enterprises, and discusses the corresponding countermeasures.
