利用易烤性好的烤烟品种云烟85和易烤性差的烤烟品种大白筋599杂交所得到的F2群体为作图群体,借助SSR分子标记技术,在群体中共获得91个多态性标记,利用Mapmaker3.0作图软件,构建了一个含17个连锁群、75个标记的烤烟遗传连锁图。利用该图谱和易烤性表型数据,通过复合区间作图法进行QTL检测,共检测到与易烤性相关的4个QTL,分别位于1、8、9连锁群上,可解释的表型变异分别为9.26%、8.87%、7.57%和7.83%。4个QTL的加性效应值均为正值,说明易烤性增加的效应均来自母本云烟85。
The F2 population obtained from the crosses of Yunyan 85 with good roasting quality and the big easy-to-beehive variety Wuyi 85 with poor easy-roasting was a mapping population. With SSR molecular markers, 91 polymorphic markers were obtained in the population. Using Mapmaker 3 .0 mapping software to construct a genetic linkage map of flue-cured tobacco with 17 linkage groups and 75 markers. Using the map and the susceptible phenotype data, the QTLs were detected by composite interval mapping method. Four QTLs associated with easy-roasting were detected, which were located on the 1,8,9 linkage groups, respectively, with interpretable phenotypes The variation was 9.26%, 8.87%, 7.57% and 7.83% respectively. The additive effects of four QTLs were all positive, indicating that the effect of increased susceptibility was derived from the parent cloud.
