我院从1986年1月以来,用自制的复方明矾液行膀胱冲洗,用于控制泌尿道大出血,效果满意,报告如下。资料与方法一、一般资料:23例患者中男20例,女3例,年龄43～74岁。其中前列腺增生症11例,膀胱肿瘤7例,膀胱炎3例(放射性、溃疡性、结核性各1例),膀胱结石1例,后尿道狭窄成形术1例。除3例膀胱炎患者外,余20例均分别施行了前列腺摘除术、膀胱肿瘤切除术、膀胱切开取石术及后尿道狭窄成形术,术前冲洗4例,术后冲洗16例。所有患者冲洗前均用过多种止血药物而仍有明显肉眼血尿,5例有大量凝血块。按公式计算[中华泌尿外科杂志1983;4(3):178]:24小时经尿失血量为70～100ml 者6例,140～
Our hospital from January 1986, with homemade alum solution line bladder irrigation, for the control of urinary tract bleeding, the effect is satisfactory, the report is as follows.
