用逆相离子对液体色谱法分析苯肾上腺素、利多卡因、倍他米松三种药物迅速可靠。以Nucleosil 5c8为固定相,0.005M十二烷基磺酸钠的甲醇-0.01M磷酸二氢钠(7∶3)为流动相。供试栓剂:每枚含盐酸苯肾上腺素2毫克、盐酸利多卡因40毫克及倍他米松戊酸盐0.5毫克,基质用Massupol(十二烷酸甘油三酸酯),重量为1.75克。色谱法:液体色谱仪由Haskel 26980型泵,Cecil 212分光光度计检测器及一具有20微升刻度的Rheodyne 7120注射阀组成。色谱记录在Kipp和Zonem BD-8型记录仪
The use of reverse phase ion liquid chromatography analysis of phenylephrine, lidocaine, betamethasone three drugs quickly and reliably. Using Nucleosil 5c8 as the stationary phase, 0.005M sodium dodecyl sulfate in methanol-0.01M sodium dihydrogen phosphate (7: 3) was used as the mobile phase. Suppositories: Each containing 2 mg of phenylephrine hydrochloride, 40 mg of lidocaine hydrochloride, and 0.5 mg of betamethasone valerate, with a mass of Massupol (lauramine) in the matrix of 1.75 grams. Chromatography: The liquid chromatograph consisted of a Haskel 26980 pump, a Cecil 212 spectrophotometer detector, and a Rheodyne 7120 injection valve with a 20 micrometer scale.
