一般来说,劳动者为用人单位所用后,享有接受劳动报酬、劳动保护、按规定休息和休假、接受用人单位提供的各项福利等权利。但如果用人单位拖欠工资、不缴纳社会保险费、不提供法定工作条件、不按规定办理招退工手续、无故辞退……应该怎么办?这就涉及到劳动者如何维护自己的合法权益的问题。首先劳动者可以向工会提出,因为工会的职责是维护职工的合法权益,职工有问题找工会就像找到了“娘家人”,让工会作为“老娘舅”出面为职工解决问题是最简单的方法。
