随着我国教育理念的不断深入,高等职业教育的发展越来越迅速,队伍越来越庞大,其教育理念和教学质量问题也日益明显。如何构建出良好的教学体系和完善的教学评估系统是目前我国高等职业教育的主要内容和面临的主要问题。近几年随着我国教育改革的不断深入,许多新的教育模式和教育系统被应用于高等职业教育中,其中教学督导评估系统就是通过整合教育教学模式进行高等职业教育教学质量的管理。本文通过对高等职业教育教学督导评估系统进行研究,阐述了高等职业教育教学督导评估系统在实践中遵守的原则,分析其在实践过程中存在的问题,并提出几点改进建议,以提高我国高职教育的教学质量。
With the continuous deepening of our educational philosophy, the development of higher vocational education is becoming more and more rapid and the ranks are getting larger and larger. The problems of their educational philosophy and teaching quality are also increasingly obvious. How to construct a good teaching system and improve the teaching evaluation system is the main content and the main problems facing the higher vocational education in our country at present. In recent years, with the continuous deepening of China’s education reform, many new education modes and education systems have been applied to higher vocational education. The teaching supervision and evaluation system is to manage the teaching quality of higher vocational education by integrating education and teaching modes. This paper studies the higher vocational education teaching supervision and evaluation system, elaborates the principle of higher vocational education teaching supervision and evaluation system in practice, analyzes its problems in practice, and puts forward some suggestions to improve our country’s high The quality of teaching in vocational education.
